DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL
Builders First Source, applicant, has applied for a grading permit at 4113 S 47th Ave (Parcel Nos.: 118984011243002). The proposed project will be completed to grade an area for a lay-down yard. The site is approximately 9.15 acres and is currently zoned Light Industrial (LI) in contractors, plant or storage yards are an allowed use.
The proposal is subject to environmental review. The West Richland Community Development Department is the lead agency for the proposal under the State Environmental Policy Act (SEPA) and reviewed the proposed action for probable adverse environmental impacts and is likely to issue a mitigated determination of non-significance (DNS) for this proposal on or after November 12, 2021. The comment period for the SEPA review concludes at 5:00 p.m. on November 12, 2021. The environmental checklists and related file information are available to the public at the Community Development Department.

Written comments must be received by 5:00 p.m., November 12, 2021 in order to be included for consideration for the determination by the Community Development Department.
