SmartPay Automatic Withdrawals

The City offers a payment service called SmartPay. This allows you to schedule an automatic deduction from your checking account on either the 10th or 25th of the month.

Signing up is a breeze. All you need to do is complete the Smart Pay Application (PDF) and attach a voided check, bank member card, or a letter on bank letterhead providing the account holder's name, bank account, and routing numbers. Drop off or mail forms directly to:

Credit Card Payments

Online credit card payments can be made through our online portal. 

We accept Discover, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa payments.

To utilize the online credit card payment site, you will need the following two pieces of information to complete the transaction:

•    New Account Number (found in the upper right corner of your statement)

•    Last Payment Amount
